TIFFANI RHODES
Trainer
"FITNESS IS A MARATHON NOT A SPRINT. PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY IN YOUR APPROACH WILL BRING YOU A LIFETIME OF SUCCESS IN YOUR JOURNEY."

Tiffani Rhodes has been involved with sports for as far back as she can remember.  An accomplished basketball player growing up, Tiffani received a full Division 2 athletic scholarship to play basketball for the University of Missouri Rolla (now known as the Missouri School of Science and Technology).  Even as a graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a very promising career in engineering, Tiffani always knew that her passion lied with sports and personal health/wellness.  In 2013, Tiffani decided to pursue sports performance training and physical training full time.  She is currently in pursuit of her CPT certification thorough NASM.  Tiffani is also the co-instructor of the Fab Body Bootcamp.

Keonna Jones

"EAT. LIFT. SLEEP. REPEAT”
Meet Keonna “Kee” Jones, a graduate of Prince George’s Community College in Upper Marlboro, MD with an A.A.S. in Early Childhood Education/Special Education. Although her first love for the past 10 years has been educating and helping infants and toddlers develop mentally and physically as owner and director of her childcare center, becoming a fitness professional became a reality after accomplishing her 3 year personal weight loss and toning journey.
After hiring good friend and mentor, Deanna as her personal trainer back in 2009 and losing over 20 pounds, Kee has been adamant about motivating and helping clients reach their weight management goals.
She is currently in pursuit of her certification through ACSM. She has also co-instructed Fab Body Bootcamp and instructs the Co-Ed “Core Crunch” class.
